Edge 800 health data not uploading

Hello,

My Edge 800 receives health data from my Tanita BC1000 scales. The Edge 800 seems to be receiving the data as it shows on the screens. But when I try to upload via Garmin Express (and also manually via Connect), no new health data appears in my Connect account. Please advise.

I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your data. You can try deleting the \Garmin\Weight folder on the device and then emptying the trash. It is possible that this folder has become corrupt and it just needs to be deleted. If there is a Weight file instead a folder in the Garmin folder, delete that instead. Once you have done this, disconnect the device, reconnect it to your Mac and try syncing with Express again. If you are still having trouble, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.
