Garmin not sync one of the activity

generally it worked, but one particular activity is not synced. those that before and after are fine. I need this one to get uploaded for some analysis.

this particular activity has about information of about 45 laps. just this activity takes up 18% of the memory, i think it could be a size of data.

Also, the Garmin Express reported that "You're up to date" with Version 3.20. But when i check the 910xt, Mode->Settings>About Forerunner, it showed Software Version of 3.00.

Anyway i can sync the history as well as update the software version?

    I am sorry for the troubles. There is an option on the device to transfer all activities which would force the watch to send the activity. Judging by your description it sounds like the watch cannot create a valid file from the activity, which is regrettable. Delete all the activities from the watch except for the one in question. Use the instructions in the FAQ to resend it.

    If the activity still fails to show up in Connect after a successful sync, check the location in this FAQ. The file names are arbitrary so you'll have to use the Date Created and File Size properties. The file will be considerably larger than the others. If you find a possibility you can manually upload it to Garmin Connect.

    Manually Upload to Garmin Connect
    • Sign into Garmin Connect
    • Click "+" icon in top right corner of page
    • Click Upload Your Activities
    • Click Manual Upload tab
    • Follow on-screen instructions


    If the above suggestions do not work then the watch will not create a valid file for the activity and the activity needs to be deleted. I suggest you master reset the Forerunner 910Xt and that should correct both the software update and corrupt activity issue.
