Courses (Transfer Error)

Hello,

Each time I try and transfer a course from my Mac to my 810 it fails and the message 'Courses (Transfer Error)' is displayed. It worked the other day but I can't upload new ones or old ones at the moment. I've tried resetting my 810 and have restarted my computer but it still won't work.

Has anybody got any ideas about how to fix the problem?

    I am sorry for the troubles. I recreated your course 01 in the Course creator and had no problem sending it to an Edge 810. I suggest you delete the items in the sync que in Garmin Connect then send the 01 course to the device again. If you didn't manually create the course or create it from a ride uploaded from the Edge, then I suggest you recreate it manually. Some users like to upload courses/rides downloaded from 3rd party websites as .GPX files. Any course created from a .GPX file will fail when sending to device. The Connect team is aware of this and working on a long term resolution.
