Garmin Swim "synched" activities don't in Connect

hi There

it's been a few days that SWIM is not able to sync properly neither to Connect via Garmin Express nor Strava.
I've read some of the earlier posts and tried some of the work arounds but with no success.

Swim is correctly recognized by G-Ex and i'm able to sync activities (get a green message saying the activity is synched) but
when i check on Connect or Strava, activities are not there.

All my other Garmin devices are fine, it's just SWiM that suddenly has stopped pairing data. I've waited a couple of days and recorded & saved few more SWIM activities, but nothing. None of the new ones appear anywhere.

I've already tried the following:
- deleted most of the old SWIM sessions, and left only the most recent ones
- all latest activities are correctly saved on to SWIM and listed in History
- i've deleted SWIM from Garmin Express, (both Express & Connect) and re-paired. - Nothing has changed
- Rebooted computer a few times and tried synch SWIM activities soon after launchi G-Ex application

Can anyone help out?

    I am sorry for the troubles. Other than a couple of suggestions it sounds like you have covered the troubleshooting. The fact the the sync succeeds with no error message probably means Connect is uploading the files from the SWIM. I noticed that all the swimming activities since Nov 6th are incomplete. Did you create the swimming activities manually in Garmin Connect or do these show up like this after a successful sync?

    I suggest you check the Time and Date on the SWIM to make sure it is correct. If that doesn't resolve the problem perform a Master Reset on the SWIM or contact Product Support by phone.

    hi curt

    time & date are correct, no need to reset them.

    i actually wouldn't want to lose the latest swim activities by resetting the SWIM.

    is there any other way to back up my data and not lose it?

    pls advise.

    All the trouble shooting you did pretty much eliminates bad data on the computer from causing the sync error so only the watch is left. If you want to try and avoid the master reset, I suggest you contact Product Support by phone.

    i've resetted the SWIM watch and now synching is working again, showing up both on Connect & Strava.
