Using Garmin Express 4.1.11.0, cannot detect ANT+ stick on OS X 10.10.5. Spins for a long time and then displays the message shown in pic. Have tried number USB ports and 2 separate Macs.
I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. First, please check if the device is detected by the Mac: How do I verify a physical connection of a USB ANT Stick to my computer?
If the ANT Stick is not detected by either computer in several ports, I would say that the ANT Stick needs to be replaced. If this is the case, please contact Product Support by phone.
If the ANT Stick is detected by the computer but not Express, make sure that ANT Agent and other Garmin applications are closed and restart the Mac. If you have ANT Agent, I would recommend uninstalling it as it is no longer supported. If this does not solve the problem, please contact Product Support by phone.
