Garmin Express will not install on my mac os x el capitan v10.11.1

hi guys

just looking for any help in regards to installing garmin express on my mac. so i download the program and all it does is load the loading screen at thats it, for hours it doesn't change,

so if any one know how to help me out that would be great

I am sorry for the troubles installing Garmin Express. There are no known issues with Garmin Express 4.1.10 installing on the Mac OS X 10.11 at this time. Please see the FAQ article below for reference.

I'm having similar problems.

My installation gets stuck on the "Verifying installation" box indefinitely after clicking on the installation window after downloading the GarminExpressInstaller.dmg file. I've tried multiple downloads of the file and restarts etc and nothing helps. Very frustrating.

Any ideas?

I am sorry for the troubles. Since there are no known issues I can only suggest you disable any Security/Anti-Virus software before opening the installer or to contact Product Support by phone so the issue can be investigated.
