Garmin Express doesn't recognize my fenix 3 on El Capitan

I bought my fenix 3 a few days ago. but when ı try to connect it to my mac, Garmin express doesn't find any device.. I also downloaded garmin web updater. but the same issue continue. I can see it as a mass storage device on my system pref. but nothing happen when it connected.

Is there any solution to fix this issue?

I have successfully connected various fenix 3 devices to my Mac running 10.11 and each mounted just fine and was detected by Garmin Express.

Have you tried the troubleshooting in our FAQ: Why is my Garmin mass storage device not communicating with Garmin Mac applications?

Do the devices show in Disk Utility and can be verified and repaired? How do I run a check disk or disk utility on my Garmin mass storage device?
