Thank you for the notification. We have duplicated the same issue with the Approach S5. All other Approach S devices connect to El Capitan with no problems. I have added the Approach S5 information to our case.

The D2 Bravo does neither connect to the Mac over Garmin Express under El Capitan. Just nothing - no connection at all.
Side question: Is Garmin Express made in Java? I have numerous Java issues with El Capitan, so...

I moved this post to it's own thread as it is not the same issue as the Approach S5 and S6 issue on El Capitan.

We have successfully connected D2 Bravo devices to Macs running 10.11 El Capitan. When you say nothing happens, the device does not mount or show in Finder? Have you tried verifying the device is connected in your System Information?

How do I verify a physical connection of a USB GPS device to a Mac?

If the device is detected by the Mac, have you tried WebUpdater? I understand from our Aviation department that for software updates, WebUpdater is the recommend method.

If you continue to experience problems, it would be best to contact the Aviation Product Support team for further assistance.

For me no problem with El Capitan and my D2B.
The only last major problem is the widget weather with the iPhone (iOS9) that are not sent to the watch. The bluetooth is OK as the other widgets are OK
