I am sorry that you are having trouble. I haven't seen any issues with data not showing up in Strava. Does that data show up on Garmin Connect? Garmin Express actually doesn't send any data directly to Strava. Express uploads the data to Garmin Connect and then Strava accesses it from there. If the data displays in Garmin Connect, you might try posting in the Garmin Connect forums since this would be a website issue not an issue with Express.
