Forerunner410 not working with express

I can't connect my 410 via express on my new macbook air.
It appears that express can´t find the ant+ stick. I can retrieve tracks etc. from the watch in garmin connect and basecamp. And the antagent connects fine with the watch!
What to do?

Garmin Express and Garmin ANT Agent do not work together. You should uninstall Garmin Ant Agent completely then you can add the Forerunner 410 to Garmin Express. Please see the FAQ below.
