Adding a new device

I had no problems with my Forerunner 225 for a month and then it started to malfunction. Today I returned it and was given a new watch. I believe I have installed the new watch correctly on Garmin Express and on my Connect App, however neither of these are showing the steps recorded on my new watch after a stroll in the park today. My phone continues to only show data from my old watch (which I have now 'retired) after syncing, while on my computer it appears that haven't done any steps today. I have reinstalled the app on my phone, restarted my Mac etc etc. Any suggestions please?

I am sorry for the troubles. The new Forerunner 225 has synced over 15 thousand steps for Oct 11, 2015. For some reason your account is showing Oct 12th as "Today". Please make sure the Time/Date and Time Zone is set correctly on your computer and that the Forerunner 225 has acquired satellites to get a GPS signal. Sync again later today after adding more steps and see if the issue resolves itself.

    Time/date and sleep

    Hi Curt
Thank you for your prompt reply. I manually set the time on my watch when it displayed the incorrect time after syncing with both my phone and computer, both of which are displaying the correct time. But it appears that there is still a disjunct. I've just been for a run and synced it with my phone. My steps have been recorded, but display on the graph at the wrong time of day, (as if I have run at 6pm today, not 6am). Also, no sleep was recorded.
Could you suggest how to solve both of these issues please. with many thanks,

The Connect Team is aware of issues with the missing Sleep data and incorrect Step data charts and are actively working to resolve them. Unfortunately, there is no ETA on a resolution at this time. You may receive more information from the Garmin Connect forum itself:
