310XT won't sync to Garmin Express after El Capitan upgrade.

Currently running Garmin Express 4.5.

After updating from OSX 10.7.5 to 10.11 get an error when trying to sync 310XT to Garmin Express. ("Sorry, we couldn't sync your device. Please try again").

Prior to upgrade to OSX 10.11 syncing was working fine.

Anyone else experiencing this? Solutions?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble syncing your 310XT. I have not seen any issues with El Capitan and Garmin Express so I think that this may be a coincidence. I would recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:
    What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express?

    Make sure that you verify that Express is up to date. The latest version of Express for Mac is 4.1.7 not 4.5.
