Error when signing in to Garmin Express to add new device

Hello,

I just received my Fenix 3, and want to configure everything through Garmin Express. However, every way I try to sign in (yes, even creating a new account), i get an error that the servers are not available at this time. This means I'm stuck because I can't add my device, and can't use it at this point. The services page shows all services are online. Any tips how to resolve this?

    I am sorry about the trouble pairing your device. It appears that you may have already successfully paired the device as I can see it has been added and synced on your account. If not, most server errors can be resolved by following the instructions in this FAQ:
    What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?

    If this does not solve the problem, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.

    Server error when trying to add Fenix3 via Garmin Express...?????

    I was able to add my Garmin Trax20 with no issue, but am not able to add my Fenix3. I keep getting server error. I followed the instructions for mac users going to the system preferences and i am still getting server error. This is very frustrating.

    I am sorry you can't get the Fenix 3 to be detected by Garmin Express. We would like to get more information about your specific issue. Please use the code YMA5T with the article "">How do I gather the Garmin Express Logs?">How do I gather the Garmin Express Logs?" to send us the logs from Garmin Express. These logs may tell us why this device isn't working but the other device does.

    I sent the logs as requested and also uninstalled and re-installed the garmin express app and am still getting the same error. I can ad my activities using map my fitness but not garmin connect. By not being able to use garmin connect, i can't download any apps or widgets to my fenix 3. I did notice that after i downloaded to mapmyfitness. it says the information came from a GARMIN FR920XT not a FENIX 3...is that normal?

    I am sorry that you are having trouble adding your device. I am showing in the log that there is a keychain error when trying to save the password in your Mac's keychain. You can try repairing your Keychain by following the instructions on Apple's website here:
    https://support.apple.com/kb/PH20097?locale=en_US

    If this doesn't solve the problem, it would be best to contact apple. Here is the error that we are seeing in the log that might help Apple determine what the problem is: Error Domain=com.samsoffes.sskeychain Code=-25293 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.samsoffes.sskeychain error -25293.)"

    Garmin Express server issue

    I'm still having issues with Garmin Express not connecting to the server with ANY of my devices. It says i'm connected but when i try to do anything it says it's having issues with my account information. I can log in garmin connect without any issues....I cannot download any information from my edge 500 or my fenix 3 from my macbook pro. I contacted Apple and they don't recognize the code error you stated above. Now what????

    At this time it is looking that we may need to do more 1 on 1 troubleshooting. I recommend that you contact product support.
