install_app error

Hi,

I just tried to update my fenix 3 through Garmin Express. (4.1.7.0)
I did several updates previously but now I can't complete the process.

GE starts Step 1 "Preparation" that lasts quite long, then as soon it moves to Step 2, I get an error message "Unable to send some files to your device" Install_app (Transfer error)



Any idea ? I tried to reboot Mac and watch, no success

    From the screenshot, it appears that there is an issue with the Connect IQ app you are trying to load to your fenix 3. The screenshot does not show which app it is. Is it the one that is in the Sync Queue in your Connect account, Elevation Chart (data field)? If so, delete the app from your sync queue and see if Garmin Express successfully syncs your fenix 3.

    Thanks, you were right. I logged in GC and removed Elevation Chart from the queue. Then sync through GE went fine.

    It would be cool to be able to manage the queue directly into GE by the way. Before going to GC, I tried to remove it in the Applications list, but it didn't work, probably because it was already in the queue.
