Can't update maps on brand new Edge Touring

I just pulled my new Edge Touring out of the box, connected Garmin Express. It tells me there's a map update that will take 3 hours. I click "install" and it quickly tells me "There was an error installing the update". I've probably tried 30 times. And yes, I'm connected to the internet.

Any ideas?
