Garmin 10R-04 6953 for SEAT

Hi,

I'm trying to access my Garmin 10R-04 6953 on a PC. The communicator plugin detects the unit, my PC detects it and installs drivers but it cannot be found by Garmin Express. I want to update the maps, as it hasn't been used since i bought it 1 and a half year ago.

Could you please assist with what i should do?

I updated and installed Garmin Express and the plugin today 14.09.2015.

If Express is unable to detect the device try using the FAQ: Why is my Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Windows applications? If that doesn't resolve your issue next thing would be to contact support.

Thanks for your reply.

I've done what this list says and problem still remains. Are you sure that Garmin Express supports my GPS-unit?

Edit: Is there e-mail support for Bulgaria?

Actually after checking into this further, this device is not compatible with Garmin Express. This device uses the Garmin Fresh website to update:

https://volkswagen.garmin.com/volkswagen/site/fresh

As for support in Bulgaria, there is no local office but you may find other contact information at this website:

http://www.garmin.com/us/support/contact
