So I put my 920 on the cradle and sync then take off the cradle and it shows with a green dot as if it is still connected. So I remove the device from GE, as soon as I click to add new device(920 isn't in the cradle) it shows up as a device to add, it's like the 920 info is stuck in GE somewhere . The only way I fixed this problem before what to format my computer and reinstall windows fresh now it is doing it again. thanks
