Here I am again... great product, good maps, HD traffic is OK... but for one small problem I have with having bought the wrong maps and I GET NO RESPONSE from the Dutch support email addresse. NEVER, if I email them, do I get a reply, unless I come here and raise a fuss...(I thank who ever triggers them!!!). Event the webform they have is broken. This is soooooo sad. But OK, I hope my cry for help here again triggers the UKI or NL team to reply.
This time, it has to do with their encouraging reply where they offered to allow me to buy an upgradable set of maps, and they would refund me for the other, non upgradable, maps. GREAT! But there was some confusing text about the conditions that I asked for a clarification on. Similarly, given the lack of response from the one email address I had ([email protected]) I asked for another email that I could use to communicate my proof of purchase of the new format, so I could be sure they would get the message and follow up on their promise to refund. BUT, after almost 2 week, no reply.
Thus, I hope someone from Garmin support here can contact their colleagues in the UKI or NL, and ask them to reply... Thanks!
