FR 920 xt

Fellows, please help me..My new FR 920 XT isnt recognized in my Garmin Express...The watch recharge but the programn dont recognize it..I have the new version of Garmin Express downloaded and have the FR 620, vivofit and 220 on it, but my new FR 920 xt...nothing...
Can you help me...
My system is windows 8...

I checked the link and it is working fine for me. If you are getting the JSP Class error, it is typically a result of corrupted browser cache. Try clearing out your browser cache/history, etc. Or you can google the article title.

If the FAQ does not resolve it and you need to contact us by phone, let me know. I will see if there is a way to do this.

I live in Brazil and i contacted local garmin support.
I created a RMA call and im waiting for the help support.
The garmin consultor told me that maybe these error is a battey low issue.
Thanks for your help and i m sincerely want my watch ready or use.
