Garmin Express fails to detect my Edge 800

Hi,

I've installed Garmin Express Version 4.1.7.0 (the latest version).

However, it doesn't detect my Edge 800 device. The device is connected to my laptop (running Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1).

Windows Explorer can see the device and lists it as "Removable Disk (F:)". However, when I browse through the directory hierarchy, the Activities folder (and all of them) is empty. I know that's not the case as I have activities on there including one from this morning.



I'm sure it's not the USB cable as I used it to sync my Edge 800 last night at home on a different PC.

What do you recommend I try?
