Garmin 110 wont sync anymore !!

ok so heres my problem
for ages i had no problem what so ever syncing up with garmin express up untill about a week ago where it suddenly stopped syncing.
i have tried everything to even going out again and setting a new time to see if the file was just corrupt but still every time i plug it in the first thing that pops up is that it wont connect and when i go to garmin connect nothing shows up.
does this mean the device is faulty or can anyone convert the last two runs for me as im trying to beat a time on STRAVA and see that garmin.kiesewetter.nl is not working.
any help would be appreciated

What exactly do you see when you plug the device in? Is Garmin Express saying that it can't connect to the servers or is Windows stating that the device is unrecognized or malfunctioned? If it is Garmin Express, you can usually solve these problems by following the instructions here:
What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?

You can also upload the files manually if the device is detected by the computer to see if they are corrupt.

If you are still having trouble, please describe exactly what is happening and what error you are receiving.

ok i will try the manual upload now in a moment but what im recieving when i plug in the watch is that both the pc and garmin express recieve the device as connected but when it trys to sync it it, if it helps here is a image of what it shows exactly on my screen :

ok after trying the manual upload i can confirm that one of the files may be corrupt as it does not want to manual upload but the files after this had no problem

is there any way of repairing a file like if i sent it on to you ?

Garmin doesn't offer .fit file repair but there is a forum user who will try to fix it. Please see the forum - https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?36743-Fit-File-Corrupt-can-you-repair-it
