Every time I have tried to run the Windows version of the Garmin express installer on my Windows 8.1 OS, it does not respond and I am forced to exit. I have tried re-installing the installer, running it as administrator, opening Troubleshoot compatibility, and restarting my PC. Anyone have any ideas?
If the program is stalling/freezing up and you have already completely uninstalled Express. See FAQ: How do I completely uninstall Garmin Express?
