Garmin Express not Syncing / Frozen Progress Bar

Garmin Forerunner 910XT Software Version 3.20, Express Version 4.1.6.0.

My Garmin express does not sync / progress bar is frozen:

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Express including removing the device from Connect. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello,

basically you can look at the detailed log file here %ProgramData%\Garmin\Logs\CoreService\Detailed\CoreServiceDetailed.log
this will probably show the progress stopping on a file transfer.
Try reading through the thread I mention and hopefully it'll help you identify the corrupt file so you can remove that one and transfer the others.
