How can you manually update maps on 2599?

Since i can't get Express to work, i need a plan B. Google search and search here didn't yield any hits.

Would like to be able to update maps on the unit that are over 9 months old.

You can't. What you need to explain is why you can't get it to work so you can be helped to do so.
