Garmin Express cannot synchronize my Edge 800

Hi,

Since August 2nd my Edge 800 is no longer getting synchronized automatically.

I can transfer activities one-by-one manually and did not discover any "defect" activities.

I tried to remove the device from my list of devices and add it again, but same result.

Sometimes I get an error message: "Sorry, we're having a problem communicating with our servers.", but according to the "Garmin Connect" status, everything should be OK, and since I am able to manually upload, I do not believe in this message.

    I see from your post that you are able to manually upload your activities from your Edge 800. Have you deleted the activities from the device and the computer? This is one of the steps in our FAQ:

    It may be that the corrupted file is in the Sync folder on your computer. Once you have completed all the troubleshooting in the FAQ including the removal of the activities that have uploaded from the device and the Sync folder on the computer, try a test activity. It should upload properly. If not, contact Product Support by phone as we will need to do more in depth troubleshooting.
