Garmin Express not showing the 4.20 update

Garmin Express does not show the 4.20 updat for my Edge 510 device and states that the firmware 3.50 is upto date. I have updated Garmin Express 4.1.6 still no resolution.

Try removing the Edge 510 from Garmin Express and Connect then adding it back again.

How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?
