garmin ant agent error message 12031

cant upload data from forerunner using garmin express, keep getting error message 12031. Watch says transferring data but nothing happening. Help!!

Hello Gillian,

If you have Express installed you must uninstall it completely and uninstall ANT Agent completely then re-install ANT Agent.

Express and ANT have a conflict.

I am sorry for the troubles. You can also refer to this FAQ if you continue to have troubles after the ANT Agent is uninstalled. What can I try when my ANT Fitness device will not sync with Garmin Express?
