Unable to Connect to Server

I was using Garmin Express to upload my activities to Garmin Connect for half a year. In previous days I was able to sync with my Garmin Edge 500 successfully. However, two days ago, I could not sync my edge 500 via Garmin Express. The proxy setting is always set to AUTO as default. I've tried to reinstall the device and re-detect my device but I still cannot connect to the server. Does anyone have similar case?? If anyone has any solutions to this, please leave comments below, cheers!

PS: The attached photo explains my current situation...... :(

This is typically the result of a corrupted file on the device called GarminDevice.xml. The resolution is to master reset the Edge 500. All activities should be uploaded manually before master resetting the device.

How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect?

I did reset my Edge 500 but could not solve the problem. But hopefully I found that the problem was on my computer because I could sync my 500 via garmin express on the other computer. I tried to delete all files related to garmin and then restart my computer and reinstall garmin express. Finally it works.
