Hi there, I have been redirected to this forum from the 'Zumo Forums'
I have registered both my Zumo 660 and my wife's Nuvi 255, but having tried to update the mapping I get the same error message.
Both units are registered fine, both units are found and both are due updates, however once I click the update button, only a few minutes in to a hour long update I get the same message for both units 'there was an error installing updates' My PC is running windows 7, and has recently been upgraded so memory, speed and internet connection are as good as they can be, [ I am on Virgin fibre optic in the UK]
