Nuvi 3590 "Lifetime" traffic subscription "expired"

Hi, I just updated my Maps a saw that I no longer have my "lifetime" subscription for traffic information. My unit isn't that old. I don't get it. :confused: What are my options.

When I went to the Garmin website, it found my registered device - 3590LMT. But under Subscriptions... it didn't show anything.

So I looked at my device, and the traffic section is greyed-out.

Since I posted the message I went to my car and plugged into the cable. It activated the Traffic section... I forgot about that! :o

I see the subscriptions on the device.. so I guess I am all set! Just confused as to why the website didn't show them.

Also.. I live in the boonies and I am not in range of traffic into to test it.

Not sure myGarmin ever shows that detail. Glad you got it working though.
