Garmin Nuvi 3597LM Issue

hi all
i have the nuvi 3597lm and it came with Europe and middle east maps pre installed
but i can't find the voice command app and my voice command wont work
i know its not gonna work with my maps but i use voice command for my favorites while driving and it really helps a lot
am not a professional in GPS systems
that's why am asking for a professional advice to activate the voice command app

i tried it with no luck
i think am missing the app and the asr file if am not wrong

I have looked into your myGarmin account and found your 3579. It appears a map update was done for the 2016.10 Europe maps back on June 4th. When ever a map update is done the mapping as well as the voice command (ASR) files get updated. If the voice command issue just started semi recently this is something else going on. If it has not been working for over 2 month or since you did the update it could be that the update didn't add the files correctly.

If the FAQ SUSSAMB provided didn't work I would recommend trying to perform the map update process again. In Express do a reinstall of your 2016.10 Europe maps. If this doesn't resolve your issue next step would be to contact product support.
