I completed an ironman and the data from the 910xt wont sync to Garmin connect using either Garmin Express or Ant agent. Activities done after the race have been transmitted but the activity file that is the actual race won't transmit. Please help.....Thanks
I am sorry for the troubles. By your description it sounds like the activity is corrupt or has some corruption in it. There is nothing concrete I can give you to get the activity off the watch but I would suggest you delete all activities before and after then use the Transfer All menu on the watch to force a sync with Express.
If the activity doesn't show up in Connect check the folder on the computer where .FIT files are held before they are uploaded to Connect. FAQ: How do I remove FIT files that fail to sync in Garmin Express from my computer? This article gives you the location, obviously don't delete it.
If the activity is there then try to manually upload it.
1. Log-in to Connect 2. Click the plus + sign in the upper right corner 3. Click Manual Upload tab 4. Follow the instructions.
If the file doesn't come off the watch contact Product Support by phone and they can investigate it.
