Garmin Express - not uploading data

Hi,

I have a Garmin 910XT and can not upload any data. The sequence of event is as follows:

Downloaded Garmin Express for Windows (I am running windows 7)
Plug in ANT stick
Switch on 910 XT
Garmin express connects 910XT and shows (ANT Stick Connected Forerunner 910XT).
The 910 XT starts Transferring Data
I click the button - sign in.

A new screen opens titled Garmin Express.
a circle appears that fills in blue with the message "this may take a minute"
The blue circle goes round infinitely - for hours.....

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Express and allowing cookies through Google Chrome but it doesn't change anything.

    I am sorry but I am a little unclear on what you are actually experiencing. If your device has already been paired with Garmin Express/Garmin Connect, you should not be prompted to sign in. Are you receiving the re-authentication prompt?

    That issue was resolved with an earlier version of Garmin Express. Make sure you are running the most current version, 4.1.5.0:

    Also, try removing the Forerunner 910XT from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect:

    If you are still receiving the re-authentication prompt, there is corrupted data on the device or in the Sync folder on your computer. The files need to be removed from the computer and the device:

    Any data on the Forerunner 910XT that has already been uploaded to Connect should be removed, then try the sync again. If the error persists, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
