i'm new to vivosmart. I connect it via USB to my computer and it shows on the garmin express that it has synced. However, when i go to the garmin connect dashboard, i do not see any data from my device! I'm very confused and would appreciate any help.
I believe there was brief issue with adding devices to Connect earlier this evening. I just added a vivosmart and a fenix3 with no problem. Please try again and let us know if the device shows up in the Devices menu in Garmin Connect.
