Uploading Courses from a external gpx file

Hi everybody. I'am a user a of a 310xt, and until last days everything was working ok. Usually i upload tracks from other users to the watch and use the navigation mode to my workouts, using garmin express.
In the last few days, i have been unable to do this. I store the gpx files as a course on G.C. and then upload it, altghough when i try to do this i get a error messagem from garmin express.:mad: This only happens if the workout as came from a external gpx file. Courses wich came from my activities, or courses created manualy by me, are uploading correctly. All the dailly activities are uploading correctly to G.C.
I already made a master reset and everyting is the same! Is there any other action i should take??

Look forward for you feedback.

Best regards

The way that it is working is as intended. The course has to be manually created, or created from an activity. You can manually create that same course. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Uploading a course from a .gpx file is not manually creating a Course. Course are created within the Courses page by selecting the route you want to follow. Please see the FAQ: How do I create a course?
