I am sorry for the troubles. I have checked out your device in the database and everything is setup correctly. If you continue to get the server error I can only suggest you contact Garmin Product Support in your region so they can thoroughly troubleshoot the issue. I have worked on other customers with preloaded City Navigator Turkey NTU mapping and they have successfully updated the maps. We have had no reports from the IT department that servers covering that region have experienced difficulty.
