USB Ant Stick is not recognized after upgrade to Windows 10

I have an older laptop that was running windows 7...was working fine to use Ant Stick with Garmin Express. Did a clean install of windows 10 and now it will not recognize the Ant Stick. Tried to update the device driver on the windows hardware manager but it has an error. Also have installed/uninstalled Ant Agent and Garmin Express multiple times.

I have not received any reports for this. You might try the steps for Windows 8.1 in the FAQ: Why won't my ANT Stick successfully install the device driver software? You may have to make small adjustments for Windows 10 but it should be very similar. If you continue to have troubles please contact Garmin Product Support by phone.

Open the link in Internet Explorer rather than Microsoft Edge if you encounter errors.
  • Garmin Express 6.19.4.0

    Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit 10.0.17134

Garmin Express Software does not find anything at "Plug In a Device, ANT Stick or Memory Card" step.

    1. Tried multiple USB ports,
    2. In device manager I am able to see an entry: libusb-win32 devices > ANT USB-m and that is working properly.
    3. I do not have the older style ANT Agent installed.
    4. Not using a USB hub

Can you let me know how to resolve.

    Cheers
