Have been having several issues since up-grading to Win 10 & up-dating software on 910. The last 3 activities I have loaded onto watch have all failed to sync into Garmin Connect. Watch face says data is transferring as per normal. Activities are still in my history. There are no .fit files being created. When I open Express, the sync indicator bar only advances about 2 or 3 cm. Deleted the 910 from Express & tried to re-add it again with no success. Express could find the ANT stick but not my 910. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. I need some help to get this sorted.
I am sorry for the troubles. You had a Software Update for the Forerunner 310 stuck in the Sync menu in your Connect account which I removed. The Forerunner 910XT is still in the account. I suggest you login and manually remove the 910XT from the Connect account then try to add it back to Express again. If Express detects the ANT Stick make sure Pairing is enabled on the watch before you try to add it. If you continue to have troubles. Please contact Garmin Product Support by phone.

I see this frequently when I try to look at a link that is a case file.
But mainly, I want to know what to do when I have an up to date Garmin Express, it can see my 910xt, I have 2-3 activities to be downloaded, and it won't sync and says all is up to date/synced. I upgraded my 910xt a few days ago.. and have only used Express for about 2 weeks now.

So I removed the 910 from Express. When I tried to pair it again, Express couldn't/wouldn't find it. I then uninstalled Express & reinstalled. Tried to pair the 910 again, this time it worked. Went for a run, tried to download the activity again & EVERYTHING IS EXACTLY THE SAME, NO CHANGE!! Express says that the Ant stick is detected. Watch face is saying data is transferring. Express says it is up to date.
This is really annoying. Now that you've taken away the option of manually downloading activities that I've used in the past, you have made a flexible system into an inflexible/unworkable system for me. Not enjoying my Garmin experience.
Is there a Garmin Product Support phone number for NZ? I do not want to spend huge dollars calling overseas with potentially no resolution to this. Your link doesn't work, just brings up an error message. This is standard for ALL links in threads - none of them ever work for me.
