Garmin Express Error When Pairing - Device Found, Unit ID Invalid - part 2

Sorry to post this again, I forgot the thing and did not post the garmindevice.xml, now I have prepared it, can it still be fixed?

I was able to imitate your fenix and had no problem adding it to the latest version of Garmin Express. The UnitID is not the same as your original post and this is very important. If your fenix shows the UnitID as 3855523638 on the Settings->System-> About screen you will need to contact Garmin Product Support by phone. Since you are in Italy, the Garmin support team for that region will take care of you.

Yep, the unit ID shown is that one, I'll try with the local support , thanks for the help
