Error when transferring to Fenix 3.

I keep getting errors i Garmin express when trying to transfer to my Fenix 3.

The problem:
1) When i try and transfer something (usually a workout) from Garmin connect i get an error, and no transfer. Errors say: "There was an error syncing with Garmin connect" and "There was an error installing the update"
2) When i try to add a WiFi network i get an error. Error says: "Sorry we're having trouble saving your wireless networks right now. Please try again". (Believe me, I've tried again)

What I've tried:
1) I have the last version of Garmin connect.
2) I've tried to uninstall/re install Garmin express
3) I've tried resetting the Fenix 3 to standard settings.
4) I've tried another USB port.

So now i need help, pretty please.

I am sorry for the troubles. Your description sounds like there may be an issue with the memory on the fenix3 or an issue with the files being sent from the Garmin Connect Sync menu. I suggest you login to your Garmin Connect account and clear all the items from the Sync menu on the left then try to send one workout or item at a time. If you cannot sent to the fenix3 see the FAQ: How do I run a check disk or disk utility on my Garmin mass storage device?
Let us know if you have any questions or contact Garmin Product Support by phone.

I am also having troubles with wifi connection, error says: "Sorry we're having trouble saving your wireless networks right now. Please try again". I tried to  run a check disk or disk utility on my Garmin mass storage but the error says that it is not possible to run the chkdsk command because it is write protected... any hints? Thanks
