Garmin City Navigator Europe NT not working on Garmin Nuvi 2597

I purchased "Garmin City Navigator Europe NT" for my new Garmin nuvi 2597.
However after installing the SD-Card into my device and turning it on,
it displays "Cannot unlock maps"
"Maps are corrupted and cannot be used. Go to www.garmin.com/express to download the latest maps."

I've installed all possible updates by Garmin Express,
but yet the above messages still appear and the device don't recognize the European maps at all.

Garmin Express don't even show the European maps.

I need those maps really urgently.
Please help.
What can I do in order to resolve it ???

How did you get the maps? Download or on a card?

Preprogramed SD CARD

On preprogramed sd card.
I bought by Amazon from WorldShop

Could you please provide some workaround to resolve it ?

If the card is corrupted the only solution is to have it replaced. Are you sure it's a genuine card?

Note Express won't show it.
