FR 310XT sync problems

After an activity is performed data is transferred and cleared from the activity screen however activity can't be viewed in Connect.

Steps taken so far:

Disabled and removed ant drivers.
Removed device from Garmin Express
Uninstalled Express and Connect
Reinstalled all (latest versions)...

Device pairs successfully. Express reports sync as being up to date. Connect reports last sync as being in mid July...

Suggestions?

    Update

    Went back in and changed data transfer settings off turned watch off- changed data transfer settings back on. It now works with a 15 second "workout". Unfortunately it seems I lost all of my workouts since mid July...

    Are there activities still in the History menu on the 310XT? You can use the FAQ to try and resend all the History again. If you have History on the watch that is already uploaded to Garmin Connect I suggest you delete it from he watch before using the Transfer All option.

    How can I resend my history from my wireless ANT+ watch to my computer?
