I have a Garmin Nuvi 2350. I been spending HOURS trying to get this GPS connected to Garmin Express so I can update the maps. I leave the country in a couple of days and I need the map updates. I have tried multiple usb cords, I have tried difference USB ports, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express, I have tried different computers. Lets just say I have tried pretty much everything I can try.
What happens when I try connecting is that it searches for device for a minute and says "waiting for you to plug in", then a screen comes up saying "couldnt find device or ANT stick" and then it gives me an option of what I want to connect...Vivofit, vivosmart, vivoactive, in dash system or Other. If I click on one of those and try searching, it does the same thing over and over. I have tried having the gps plugged in and on before scanning, I have tried plugging it in while it was searching.
Can I please get some help, I dont have much time to figure this out
