Have installed Express.
When I launch it, I see my 220, click on it and then I get the icon to contact to Connect.
I get into Connect and I click on upload and it get into a loop, I need to install Express,
Which I already did.
Problem now solved. FYI the answer is to right click the dowloaded express file and go to PROPERTIES first. (Do NOT use 'run as administrator' option from the initial right clickmenu) From the Properties option Select start as administrator and then return to download file screen. It will now run if you click it. It will not run if you use the simple right click 'run as administrator' option. You must set the run as administrater flag through the properties option. Ps make sure you have .net version 4.1.6 and repair it if necessay to be sure.
On Vista SP2, there is a section at the bottom of the file properties window. It is labelled "Security", and next to it a text "This file came from another computer and be blocked to help protect this computer.". Click on the Unblock button next to it, and the installer should run.
