install garmin express on my laptop window 7 pro but GE saying my nuvi 2548 got updates but only gets to 50% then comes up with install error bin trying now for Last 3 day
The newest mapping for Europe, 2016.10, has not yet been unlocked to your device. This would indicate that the map update is failing during the download process. Try the suggestions in our FAQ What should I do if I am having problems downloading updates in Garmin Express?
If the map update still fails, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
Tried all that in link other Day GE is saying that their is a map updated and system update that need doing so if saying that these updates are not unlocked for this

What was said is that it's not unlocked for your device, so hasn't completed the download correctly. As posted by Lisa, if the FAQ doesn't help please contact Product Support as there will be an issue with your PC that they should be able to diagnose remotely.
