Garmin Express don't upload to Garmin Connect since July 16th

Hi,

i am not able to see any of my activities on Garmin Connect.
Garmin Express shows that sync is working properly...at some point, i have an error message that says that Garmin need to authenticate me again then i re enter my credentials but that's it. nothing happening.

it is really the upload to garmin connect that doesn't work.

any suggestion or idea on how troubleshoot this ?

i am very frustated with this issue and more when i am checking their online dashboard where evertyhing is green.

    It sounds like you have some corrupt activity files on the computer. An update to Garmin Express was released early this summer that corrected the Re-Authenticate message. Make sure Garmin Express is up to date then see the FAQ: How do I remove FIT files that fail to sync in Garmin Express from my computer? Once you have cleared any corrupt files see the FAQ: How can I resend my history from my wireless ANT+ watch to my computer? This should sync any missing activities on the 310XT that are not corrupt.
