I have seen the previous threads dating back to 2013 on this issue. All activities just fine, EXCEPT ONE.
The one happens to be the first day of a 206 miles ride I did and I REALLY, REALLY, hope there is a way to resolve this as I want the map.
Activity data is fine in the watch - listed under activities, all data listed is accurate.
Go to upload via Garmin Express and it just spins and spins on "uploading".
I have reset the watch, re-set my computer, did the "download all" - literally tried everything.
I found the file on the computer (it was only 1 kb) - deleted it then tried again. Still no go.
Hoping there is a way that this can be rectified... this was a 120 mile ride and I really want the map and elevation info.
