Partial Sync on 405CX

Hi,

Any help would be appreciated. I have been syncing data from 405cx to Garmin Connect without issues until yesterday. During sync/transfer process only 1 of 3 activities transferred to Connect and I received an error message on display page of Garmin Express. I've confirmed the activities (a run and bike event) are on the watch but they are not transferring automatically to Connect. Any thoughts on how to force an update or will have to manually importing as much as I can from the watch into Connect?

    I am sorry for the troubles. Check the History on the device to make sure activities older than 30 days or activities already uploaded to Connect have been deleted. You can Force Send the remaining activities using the FAQ: How can I resend my history from my wireless ANT+ watch to my computer? Only valid activities not already uploaded will transfer to Connect. If the activities still do not show up then I suggest you contact Garmin Product Support by phone.
