Garmin Express in a language of my choice?

How can I get Garmin Express to install in (preferrably) english, or even dutch? Have searched the website for answers, but none found. When I start the installation it insists on norwegian for some strange reason, and it seems impossible to change this. This surely must be an error programmingwise? Can I get my maps checked without using GE?

Garmin Express takes its install language from the computer. What ever locale the computer is set to, Express will use. You would need to change the Region Language Format in Control Panel - Region Language (Win 7) before installing Garmin Express.
