Trouble connecting Forerunner 610

Hi,

I have downloaded Garmin Express for my PC and am trying to pair my Forerunner 610 with the charger/USB cable. I'm following the instructions to get the device recognized, but nothing is working. ANT Agent has not been installed on the PC I'm using. I've restarted the device, but don't want to do a reset since I have months of accumulated data on the device that hasn't been backed up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm traveling abroad tomorrow and would love the bring the 610 with me and continue to track my workouts.

What is happening when you are trying to pair the device? With a detailed description of what is going on we may be able to assist you. However, since you are leaving tomorrow I would suggest just contacting support over the phone for the fastest possible resolution.
